Automation Showroom · Process automation for mid-sized companies

Fix the process first.
Then automate it.

Most automation projects don't fail on technology — they fail because a broken workflow simply runs broken faster afterwards. So we cut first. Whatever survives gets automated.

How we read a workflow
7steps
  1. Request
  2. Review
  3. Re-enter data
  4. Chase up
  5. Approval
  6. Transfer
  7. Done

Three steps disappear before any tool enters the picture. Of the four that remain, one deliberately stays off the machine: the approval.

The rules

Six sentences we work by

They shape the outcome more than any tool does. If one of them doesn't fit you, that's a good reason not to hire us.

  1. 01

    Cutting comes before automating.

A step that disappears when questioned costs zero maintenance afterwards. Automating a twelve-step workflow without first cutting it down to five only scales the inefficiency — faster and more expensively than before.

  2. 02

    Every requirement has an author.

At each step we ask: who asked for this, and does the reason still hold? Requirements are not laws of nature. Most of the approval steps we find haven't been read by anyone in years.

  3. 03

    No rules, no automation.

If a workflow runs differently every time, there is nothing to automate — we would only cast arbitrariness into code. Standard first, machine second. Sometimes that is the entire result of a project: a clean workflow, with no software at all.

  4. 04

Humans stay where judgment is needed.

We automate what requires no weighing up: transferring, checking, calculating, routing. Approvals, exceptions and edge cases stay with your people — visible in the workflow, not buried in a fallback.

  5. 05

    No owner, no build.

If nobody on your side will take the solution over after six weeks, we decline. Not out of principle — but because automation without an owner dies at the first edge case, and then nobody knows why.

The benchmark is month six, not week six.

Thousands of providers will build you a workflow. Our benchmark isn't the workflow we ship — it's whether your team still runs it half a year later: documented, in your own systems, without us.
